With the remarkable choice of open floor plans you can put your own fingerprint, i.e. DNA on the design of your loft. There are 59 new lofts with 30 different floor plans to choose from, located in the original brick and beam press manufacturing building or in the new construction wings of the complex. One wing is dedicated to your complete design concept including the kitchen, bath, and flooring of your choose. Buyers will be given a builder's package or an allowance to purchase their cabinets, countertops, etc. The developers wanted to leave it entirely up to you.

The DNA lofts range in size from 577 to 1644 square feet and are priced from $245,000 to $599,000. All units include one outside parking spot with 18 underground parking spaces available for an additional $20,000.
