Located in a former raincoat factory, this four-year young loft renovation has wonderful characteristics of both old and new. The original floors from this 1890's warehouse have been meticulously restored. The exposed brick walls also add some great detail. Ceilings are high and have industrial exposed pipes for further loft feel. Yet there are some terrific features that are modern and what you should expect from a 21st century home. The kitchen is spacious and has a center island providing an eating area as well as extra cabinet storage. Black granite countertops are a sharp contrast to the white cabinets providing a sleek yet inviting kitchen. It is open to the living and dining area which are both comfortably situated with plenty of space to spare. The floor plan flows nicely throughout allowing all the essential rooms, but in a traditional loft layout. There is some seperation between living and sleeping space, but overall it is true loft living. There is central air conditioning and a washer/dryer in the unit.
